Eligibility
What you need
These apply to every postgraduate programme. Departments may set additional requirements, and may interview you or ask you to sit a qualifying examination.
A good first degree
At least a second class lower division, in an appropriate field, from Caleb University or any other recognised university. A postgraduate diploma at credit or merit level is also accepted.
Three referees
You name them in the application portal and we write to them directly. You will see when each has replied, though not what they wrote.
An academic transcript
Ask your previous institution to send it, with certified copies of your certificates, to the Dean, College of Postgraduate Studies.
Availability for full-time study
First semester runs October to February and second April to July, at 12 to 18 credit units a semester.
The process
How to apply
You can stop after any step and come back — nothing is lost between sessions.
Create your application
Give us an email address and we send you a link. That address is how we reach you until you have a Caleb one.
Pay the application fee
Two ways, whichever suits you. The fee is non-refundable either way.

Pay online in the portal with your debit or credit card. Your application unlocks straight away.
PINFrom an accredited marketer
Buy a PIN from an accredited Caleb marketer and enter it in the portal. One PIN, one application, one admission session.
Complete the form and upload your documents
Degree certificates, NYSC discharge, a passport photograph. Separately, ask your previous institution to send your transcript to the School.
Name your referees
Enter their names and email addresses and we write to them. Each referee gets a private link and replies to Caleb directly.
You will see when a referee has replied — you will not see what they wrote. That is deliberate. A reference is only worth having if the person writing it knows it is confidential.
Submit, and wait for a decision
The Admissions Office reviews and recommends; the decision is approved separately. You can check your status at any time, and you will be written to either way.
